Staff Your Atlanta Trade Show, from Load-In to Floor
Professional trade show staff for Atlanta convention venues — booth labor, registration, floor support, and load-in crews.
Updated October 9, 2026 · By Fery Varist
Atlanta hosts some of the largest trade shows in the Southeast, with major events at the Georgia World Congress Center drawing tens of thousands of attendees across multiple days. Trade show staffing requires precision: booth setup crews that understand load-in windows, registration staff who can handle high-volume check-in, and floor support teams ready to move with the event.
V&A Hire provides trade show staffing across Atlanta convention venues. Every worker is vetted before joining our pool and receives an individual SMS briefing before their shift — meeting point, supervisor contact, dress code, and role-specific instructions. No group chats. No missed messages. Just workers who show up prepared.
Whether you need a 6-person load-in crew for a booth installation or 20 registration staff for a multi-day conference, V&A Hire can build your roster and confirm within 24 hours. Submit your trade show staffing request and we'll get back to you the same day.
What does it cost?
V&A Hire charges a flat $24 per hour per worker for every role. Fees are listed separately on your quote, and the supervisor fee applies only if you choose Managed Labor:
- V&A Hire on-site supervisor (Managed Labor only): $150 for crews of 1 to 5, $200 for 6 to 15, $250 for 16 or more
- Standby workers: $25 each, one for every five workers (minimum one), so a no-show is covered
- Platform fee: 5% of labor
- Roster hold: $10 per worker
- Card processing: 2.9% + $0.30
Example, labor only: 2 workers for 8 hours is $384 in labor plus $25 standby, $19.20 platform fee, $20 roster hold, and $13.30 card processing, $461.50 total. With Managed Labor, 5 workers for 8 hours plus a V&A Hire supervisor comes to $1,269.06 total.
Your deposit covers labor, standby, and the roster hold. The remaining balance is due 15 days after the job.
